2. Data we collect

Email address (always required at checkout).
Name, phone, company name — if you provide them in the form.
Invoicing details if you request a VAT invoice.
Topic, purpose, slide count, style, language, output format and the “additional requirements” text.
Order number, generation status, payment status.
Payment identifiers received from Stripe (e.g. session ID, payment intent ID).
Technical metadata: IP address, request timestamp, browser type, UI language.
Cookies and Google Analytics data.
Meta Pixel identifiers — only after explicit consent in the cookie banner.

3. Payment data

Online payments are processed by Stripe. LorimiAI does not store full card details. Stripe handles card data in line with its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy) and is PCI DSS compliant.

4. Anthropic / Claude API

To generate the presentation, the content of your brief (topic, purpose, style, slide count, language, format and the “additional requirements” field) is sent to Anthropic via the Claude API. Anthropic processes data according to its own privacy policy (anthropic.com/legal/privacy).

Payment processing and settlement — Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
Issuing invoices and bookkeeping — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation).

Site security and abuse prevention — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
Analytics and statistics — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and cookie consent where required.
Meta Pixel marketing — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

6. Data recipients

To run the service we use the following processors:

Stripe — payment processing.
Anthropic (Claude API) — presentation content generation.
Google (Google Analytics) — site analytics.
Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) — ad measurement, only after consent.
Hosting / infrastructure provider (selected before production launch).
Transactional email provider — if and when we enable email delivery.
Accounting partners and tax advisers within scope required by law.

7. Retention

Order and payment data — for the period required by tax law (typically 5 years from the end of the tax year).
Complaint correspondence — as long as needed to handle the complaint and any related claims.
Analytics data — per the configuration of each tool (Google Analytics defaults to 14 months).
Generated presentation files — kept until the order is closed and then periodically deleted.

10. Data security

Communication with the service uses TLS encryption. Credentials and API keys are stored securely, separated from source code. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

11. Policy changes

This policy may be updated as the service evolves or the law changes. The date of the last update is at the top of the page. Customers with active orders will be notified by email about material changes.
