Nature of the service
LorimiAI provides a digital service: it generates presentation files (PPTX, HTML or PPTX + HTML) based on the brief you submit. Each order is processed individually after the payment is confirmed.
How to file a complaint
- Address
- contact@lorimiai.com
- Response time
- up to 14 calendar days
- Language
- Polish or English
- Subject line: “Complaint — order AIP-...”.
- In the body include the order number, the email used at checkout and a description of the issue.
- Optionally attach a screenshot or the file with the problem.
What can be claimed
- The presentation was not generated after a paid order.
- The file cannot be downloaded from the order status page.
- The file is corrupted and cannot be opened in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides or a browser.
- The wrong format was generated relative to the order (e.g. HTML only instead of PPTX + HTML).
- Another system error prevents you from receiving the digital product.
Right of withdrawal
The service concerns digital content delivered immediately after payment confirmation. Under the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (and corresponding EU rules), the right to withdraw from a distance contract may be excluded for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with the consumer's express consent and after acknowledging that the right of withdrawal is therefore lost.
By placing and paying for an order, the customer expressly consents to the immediate start of performance and confirms that they have been informed of the limitation on the right of withdrawal.
When a refund is possible
Even so, we review refund requests individually in justified cases. We typically refund the full or partial amount when:
- The file was not generated due to an error on our side and re-running generation did not help.
- The system does not make the file available for download even though the payment is confirmed.
- The downloaded file is permanently corrupted and could not be recovered.
- Stripe or the customer's bank reversed the payment for technical reasons.
Refunds are issued to the same payment instrument used for the original payment. The actual settlement time depends on Stripe and the customer's bank — typically 3-10 business days.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures. Information is available from the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (uokik.gov.pl) and the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
